J-Beatz is a kiruv organization on New Jersey campuses. Founded and led by Rabbi Jonny Kersh — a Glasgow-raised musician who came to Torah on his own — J-Beatz offers Jewish students the discovery he found: that taking Judaism seriously makes you bigger, not smaller.
Ten students walked into full-time yeshiva or seminary in Eretz Yisrael. Eight became fully Shabbat observant. Six took on full Shomer Torah u'Mitzvos. Three stood under the chuppah. Real students. Real shifts. Verifiable through Ohr Somayach, Neve, Machon Shlomo, Sha'arim, the Shaar, and every other institution these students now call home.
Three New Jersey campuses — Stevens, Montclair State, and Brookdale. A growing young professionals network meeting twice weekly in Central NJ. Weekly classes, one-on-one chavrusos, Shabbat dinners, immersive trips to Poland, Israel, and Scotland. And for the students ready to learn full-time in Eretz Yisrael, tuition support so finances are never the barrier.
Rabbi Jonny wrote He Made Them All inspired by his own learning — a song about the Hand that holds everything. The chorus moves from birds and bees to Haman's schemes to the rain that falls in June — nature, history's darkest chapters, the small inconveniences of ordinary life, all held in the same Hand.
Everything, His. Every student we meet — already part of the composition. Our work is to help them hear the piece they're in.

A cinematic series on shmiras halashon — the laws of guarding speech.
Built for shuls, yeshivos, and learning centers worldwide.
Episode 1 releases at the end of May 2026.
J-Beatz runs on the support of donors who believe in quiet, relational, transformational kiruv work. Every dollar past our combined salary goes directly to students — to chavrusos, Shabbos tables, immersive trips, and tuition for students ready to take the deepest step into full-time Torah learning.
